Federal Governments role in education, and a statement that we should pass a law that say thatany education bill or law with a billion dollars or moreattached should have prior public notice through the media
and through the schools.

Penelopes' Bio

It was in the classroom that I learned that children can be taught more effectively through the arts than through lectures and paperwork. If teachers become entertainers, so to speak, they will have more fun, the kids will have more fun, and the learning environment will be joyful.

Penelope is a Learning Handicap and Behavior Transformation Specialist.
She has spent most of her teaching career working with
the " behaviorally challenged".
